By registering, I hereby agree and confirm that I am affiliated with a CCAC-certified institution, a CCAC member organization, an animal care committee, a funding institution, or that I am a CCAC volunteer.
Audio/Video Recording
This virtual event will be recorded. By registering, you hereby acknowledge and agree that the CCAC may use photograph and/or video images, for any publication or media purposes and for future educational and promotional activities/materials.
CCAC Code of Conduct
The CCAC is committed to providing a professional, friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants at this event. As a participant of this event -an attendee, speaker, staff, or in any other way — you agree to personal conduct that aligns with this commitment. The CCAC reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behaviour, and the CCAC reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future event, virtually or in-person.
This event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Inappropriate language and imagery are also prohibited. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.
Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to ccac@ccac.ca. If a cancellation is made before midnight, 14 days prior to the event date, refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund, and the full registration fee will be retained.
