  • Parchments are reprinted once each month for a fee of $100 per parchment. Please submit separate request forms for each parchment.

    Parchments will be reprinted with the graduate’s name that was printed on the original parchment (except in the case of name changes) but in the current style and language. The reprint bears the signatures of officials now in office and replaces the original parchment.

    As the parchment is an official document pertaining to the graduate’s official academic record, parchment reprints can only be requested by and provided to the graduate.

    Note: Parchment reprints will not be issued if you have outstanding accounts with any University of Alberta Department.
